Our English-speaking Skin Concierges (licensed nurses) are trained to provide personalized treatment planning under medical supervision,
ensuring that every patient—Japanese or international—receives care aligned with our philosophy of “Correct Medicine × Natural Beauty.”

At CZEN CLINIC, a Skin Concierge is more than a staff member —
she is your long-term beauty partner for the next 10 years.

If you wish to request an English-speaking Skin Concierge, please note that an additional ¥2,200 designation fee will be charged on top of the treatment cost.

Also, please be aware that same-day or no-show cancellations will incur a ¥5,500 fee.
As appointments are often fully booked, we kindly ask that you avoid cancellations whenever possible so that other clients can also have the opportunity to book a slot.
